All advertised prices are in AUD (including GST) and cover full internal fit-out and delivery to your site.
🔧 What’s not included?
External plumbing and electrical connections, construction, and crane hire (if required) are not included in the base price.
⏳ How long does delivery take?
From order to site, delivery typically takes 4–5 months, including:
~50 days for manufacturing
~45 days for international shipping
~7 days customs clearance
~7 days domestic delivery
Installation is typically completed within 7 days.
💳 What are the payment terms?
50% deposit at order
20% due at time of shipping
30% due on delivery to site

Yes. We offer a range of customisation options—kitchens, bathrooms, layouts, finishes—tailored to your lifestyle, budget, and needs.
🏗️ Will I need to hire a crane?
Only if access to the site is restricted and a flatbed truck cannot deliver directly. Crane hire is the buyer’s responsibility.
